Quick checklist for basic connection problems between the visionPROBE and the PC and also between the visionPROBE and the target board

This application note provides some quick troubleshooting tips for connecting a visionPROBE to a target board using SingleStep with Vision. This document assumes that any installation and software licensing problems have been addressed.
Note that the examples used in this note refer to the Xilinx solution but the concepts are similar for all the processors.
