This Tech Note contains the procedure for building a bootrom and VxWorks image, based on the pcPentium BSP, for the Adastra-Neptune board. The initial steps of this document discuss using a boot disk/diskette (with a bootrom) to boot the board. The latter steps outline, setting the DiskOnChip as a boot device and auto launching a VxWorks image from this device. Most of the material provided in this Tech Note, with the exception of the material specific to the Adastra-Neptune board, can be obtained from Tornado 2.0 User's Guide and Appendix D of the VxWorks Programmer's Guide.
