WindView Task Level CPU Usage Window

This Tech Note provides Tornado WindView Task Level CPU Usage TCL scripts (new for WindView) and discusses how to integrate and use them with the Tornado Integrated Development Environment. Since the TCL scripts are already built and tested, this Tech Note mainly concentrates on the use of the new TCL scripts and some basic rules for development of generic TCL scripts intended for the Tornado IDE. My goal for this Tech Note was really two fold; one to integrate the unofficial (and unsupported at this time) Task Level CPU Usage TCL scripts into the Tornado IDE (to be called directly from the WindView 2.0.1 tool) and also, to provide the user with a working example and the capability to begin adding specific functionality (in the future, as wished by the user) into the Tornado IDE.
